family problems..how can you resolve it??

my family stops being the best family when my mom died..she died 3 years ago and that't the end of a happy family.. my dad told my sister and i that he will take care of us but he didn't and never will i guess..she made an affair to another woman a month after my mom died..and i personally discover that they got married 9 months after my mom died.. i hate my dad for dad..he stops supporting us financially so i have to work and study as well.. i just hate my dad..and that woman of him..
