Wich is your favourite holiday?

when i was young,i like children's day very much,as we can hold intresenting party on that day.but when i grow,now i perfer National day and New year's day,as we can take a long holiday at that time,and everything will be cheerful.also i like valetine's day,because i can gain many gift with it .lol...

Christmas is the nicest holiday in the Philippines. People go out of their way to decorate their houses with Christmas trees, mistletoes, etc , and to prepare Santa Claus gifts for their children. Also, most women and children wake up at dawn to attend the mass in church. Everywhere near the church are vendors and hawkers selling almost everything, from ricecakes to rosaries. The malls are open until 9 pm, so families, couples and loners can "take advantage" of the holiday items and foods. All in all, Christmas is the most commercialized holiday in the Philippines, and everybody, including me, is loving every minute of it. It's the longest and the most stressful holiday, yet people still want to take part in the craze this brings. When New Year comes, most people are already cash-strapped. I don't know what to make of it, exactly. All I know is people are making excuses to buy something. It's a material world.

Although it's not classed as a public holiday but it's part of Christmas my favourite is Christmas Eve, especially as a child, the excitement of getting presents and santa coming but even as an adult Christmas still means a lot to me and is my favourite holiday, being with my parents, playing games, having a roast dinner and it is very special for us at home. I always look forward to Christmas even now.

Thanksgiving is best

In our country we celebrate pongal festival yearly once... we celebrate pongal festival for three days..... so,will enjoy that three days with my family and my frnds...... pongal holidays is my favourote...
