To fight with low Blood Pressure, there are a few steps:
1) To sleep a lot.
2) To eat very Proteinaceous, and High Carb food.
3) To take a lot of rest, besides engaging in lots of fitness, and body warming activities.
To fight with High Blood pressure, these steps can be followed:
1) Intake of salt in uncooked condition not to allowed.
2) Diet with very low salt content to be taken.
3) No high fat diet is allowed.
4) should walk a lot everyday, preferable morning or evening walk.
5) Should keep smiling, laugh a lot, because laughter is a good medicine.
I have very little idea about this. If someone doesn't gets help, he/she should urgently consult a doctor.

There are solutions for High Blood Pressure. In India, the traditional Ayurvedic treatment using plants and herbs is quite effective. One is using Drumstick tree leaves and garlic, (boiling in water and drinking the liquid after straining out the leaves and garlic) added to this the usual low sodium and low fat diet, and moderate exercise to keep weight under control and for proper blood circulation is recommended.
