I dont want to hurt anybodys feelings ! So I end up in saying "YES" to anybody and for everything ! How can I change without hurting anybody or without creating enemity ??
I dont want to spoil my reputation too...
Help please !

If you are saying yes when you don't wnat to you are still hurting someone - you!
Try avoidance, say, I'm buzy ask me next month etc and usually by then the person will no longer need your help.
People who really care will not expect you to want the same things as them all the time and are you really that worried about the people who you don't care about?

You know one thing ? The people who cant say "NO" are bad in playing the game of "escapism" also ! They will NEVER be able to play the game of "AVOIDANCE" too !

you have to tell the truth because if not, you'll end up hurting yourself more. as they say, reality bites but it is the lies that is going to consume you. but you can always say things in a way that do not sound rude or offensive to people.
