long time listening to music in earphones may damage earbuds

i think we get irritates when we listen to music in ear phones for longer time then we get irritated but if we stil continue to listen then there is a chance that our earbud may get damaged.................................................................................................................................................................what is your openion...................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

i too think so becoz the frequency of songs we hear is very high which may damage our ears

yeah, I heard about that too. I don't use the earphones now. Whenever I listen to music, I use the speakers. I think it's okay if we use speakers. But if I am in a public place and I want to listen to music then I have no choice but to use earphones because it's not nice to play music loudly in a public place. So besides that, I use speakers and i don't play it very loud so hopefully my ears are not damaged in any way. It'd be a real waste if they are damaged because then I wouldn't be able to hear anything and that is very sad.
