How do you Burn out Stress?

hey i have been working in a org from past 2 yrs and sometimes coz of tiredness i shout at my colleagues and behave like phycho's..dose this happens to you aswell coz my boss is always banging on my head and i simply hate it..coz i can nt tolerate so much pressure n stress and out of stress i get angry n frustrated. What should i do coz i am worried, coz i sometimes fight with my Boyfriend too, i am scared of losing him. Please suggest something!

this happens to everyone sometime or the other it's just a passing phase of life everyone gets frustrated stressed and hot tempered people life shouting at someone just to feel better it's normal just chill and take it easy...........take life were you want to and not were it takes you

I suggest sports, for an example running. It's a good way to fight the stress.

my working hrs are 24/7...i hardly get time to sleep and this is making me frustrated.

hey try to involve in Humour and Loughing...Spare a bit of time n enjoy reading jokes n logh with ur friends..this the best way to burn out stress..try this n u will be happy
