I don't remember, did I have to give my social security# to mylot when I signed up? If so, I'm sure my earnings are being reported to the IRS and I need to pay taxes for them. If they didn't request my SS#, it wouldn't be reported. Does anybody remember or know?

No SS# was given. Not sure if that will change over the course of the year or not.

You should pay taxes on what you make here if you have to file this year. However, they are not required to send you a 1099 and report you to the IRS unless you made over a certian amount (I believe $600).

I'm 99% sure you don't have to pay any taxes. Your money just get transffered in E-Gol d (if you've chosen that payment method). From E-Gold you can to whatever you want with your money.. there are members here from all over the world, I don't know what IRS is but I'm rather sure you're from the USA, MyLot couldn't report all earnings to the instution regarding taxes in each country. Hope it helped
