There are two types of people in a group or an organization, these are the leaders and the followers. Leaders are the one who manage the members and became the morale booster of the group. Followers, however, are usually the ones who do what the leader commanded and support his ideas. What type of personality do you have, a leader or a follower?

If someone is a good leader then he must be a good follower. So I consider myself of both. I used to be a follower and at the same time used to be a leader. What's important is how we handle any position we have and do it responsibly. Is not about being a leader or follower but being a person that knows how to do things right.

Well, I was born under the sign of a leader, if you believe in things like horoscopes. I'm an Aries, and Aries are supposed to be leaders and like to have the last word, as well. I know that the latter is true for me! *laugh* And I do think that I have the traits of wanting to be a leader, and it's just that my upbringing caused me to be more shy that I have become the type that would rather be a follower just to make things easier for myself. TO be honest, when given the chance to take the lead I usually do, because it is in my nature to want to. But I dno't mind being a follower because it is so much easier to do that when you feel so shy. ^_^
