As many of you probably know, David Beckham has signed a contract with an MLS team, and with endorsements could make, 50 million dollars a year. Although this is insane, the question i want answered is, Are you more interested in soccer now that a major European player, like Beckham, is playing here in the US. Let me know what you guys think.

I strongly doubt Beckhams arrival will have any major impact for soccer in America. This is because the USA is dominated by the NBA and Baseball. What is more is that the greatest player of all time, Pele did the same thing but could not make a meaningful impact so what should making Beckham's impact any stronger. For me the move to America was money orientated, no matter how many times he trys to deny it, it is simply too obvious.
