Work drama

I don't know about you guys, but I think it is difficult sometimes working with an all female crew. I work at a local restaurant and we only have female servers (I being one as well) and all we encounter is drama and catfights. Everyone there talks about everyone behind their backs to the point I feel like I'm back in junior high school. Some days I have to drag myself to work because I don't know who's gonna do what to whom the next shift. I am in school and almost done, so it's not like I'll be there forever ( 6 more months or so) but I'd really like everyone's feedback and opinions on this. Do you think women are more catty in the workplace? Do any of you encounter this? How do you deal with it? Any suggestions?
