Can anyone share how to travel within Europe countries in a minimum budget?

if you are stopping by in Helsinki Finland, I could you you some advices where to stay, to visit etc, with more less money.

Just check there should be some facility to buy Eurorail tickets at a very cheap rate, if you are a foreigner.the same facility is available for Air journeys too. It is similar to what is available in USA - VisitUSA tickets for train and air travel. secondly one can become member of International Youth Hostel Association, or International YMCA membership with these one can find accommodation at $5 to $8 per day single accommodation without breakfast and food.

i would advise you to go hitch-hiking all over or just go by the wizzair air company, they have good flight offers all over europe.
