Safety related issues with TCM Forklifts

I have a TCM forklift model FCG15F9, and lately been having problems with the brakes; they can not be adjusted properly, is unstable when loading and unloading trucks and it has become a safety issue due to those facts, plus ergonomically seems to be not the best out there. Does anyone have had the same problems and how have you dealt with them?
