The trials of working at home..

Two days into telecommuting and it has been a trial. I have a tiny apartment and do not have the room for a separate office so am forced to work in my bedroom. Since I received this position two days ago I haven't arranged a corner to work in. So I am using my bed as a table/lounge. My tv is winking at me. I'm sure I'll have to encase the remote in a block of ice in my freezer. I already have the music cranked up. And I have had to lock my door to keep my roommate out. When I worked outside of my home I was the model of discipline. I was the perfect drone typing away in my office; coming out only for the occasional lunch or tea break. Please, someone tell me I can deal with this. How do we avoid the external and buckle down to work? Your suggestions and stories would be appreciated. Yeah, not posting on MyLot when I should be working would help.
