I also use them very frequently particularly on my MAC book where it is like the heart of ur navigation. Even in windows i use a lot of shotcuts and it is just that i have been used to these for all my life!

We should use them as they are more time saving than the use of the mouse.

well friend i work in an office.
So for most of the times during documentation i have to use shortcuts coz this makes me wokr with more efficiency.

While working in the same software each and every time, we prefer the keyboard shortcuts as we are used to with them and they seem to be more time saving than the use of the mouse.

I too agree with you that it mostly depends on the software we are using that it is comfortable to use the shortcuts or the mouse.
