My oldest daughter will be turning 5 this year and starting kindergarten. I'm so scared! My baby's going off to school, she's getting so big. I'm just vey anxious about it and sad that she's growing up but I'm also so proud! Can anyone give me advice or share your experiences with seeing your child or children off on their first day of school?

My daughter started kindergarten this year and I was sad for a little bit. At first, she didn't really want to go, but now she loves it. So as long as she's happy, I'm happy. She has learned so much. She can even read a bit and do some math. And her handwriting is really great for a 6 year old. I am sure that your little girl will be fine and she'll love it.
The first day my daugther went to school, I wanted to cry but I didn't because I didn't want to upset her. I have a son that is almost 10 and I knew that he would watch out for her.
