Bamboo or Rivermaya?

Which band is better, Bamboo or Rivermaya? For me, Bamboo is a lot better than the latter because they have a better vocalist. and their songs are not the usual.

both of them play really very well. but im more into bamboo. they have so much passion when they play.

I prefer Bamboo. I like Rivermaya's songs but only when delivered by Bamboo =) But I think Bamboo has once said that he would rather that no comparison be made. He said that what's important is the NOW and not the THEN.

definitely bamboo! i like bamboo, everytime they release a song its such a big hit! he is so cool!

I think both bands are really good, but for me I'm listening more to Bamboo and actually planning to buy their latest disc. Yes Bamboo is far more good at singing than Rico Blanco but one thing I admire about Rico is the way he makes songs and the lyrics, I have read in one article where Nathan and Bamboo were interviewed and both of them think that Rico is a genius. I respect both bands and besides both of them made a mark in pinoy rock.

if you are fond of new music trends, it's bamboo. but if you're more into classic band song/classic rock, it's rivermaya. but i vote for bamboo. the vocalist looks really goooooddddd!!! yummy. haha.

for me, bamboo is much better than rivermaya. they sing revive old songs, make it on their own style and then it's always a hit and i always love their songs. they always make good songs with good meanings that affect the lives of so many people.
