Aluminum (plain), cast iron, with non-stick coating, stainless steel, copper, glass, enamelled or ??? I used aluminum pots and pans with a heavy-duty non-stick coating which works best on our new electric stove. It doesnt burn the food and or be diffcult to clean.
Tell me what you use and why? How does it cook?

I forgot to add, it has these lids that lock in place and have holes in them, so I don't need to use a strainer.
They hold the heat very well.

I use nonstick cookware. Sometimes it does need a little bit of cooking spray in order for foods not to stick. But any way you put it, it is just so much easier to clean them.

I use Rachael Ray's pots & pans. They are blue enamel and non-stick. I love them. Great for cooking and cleaning up.
Awesome on the electric stove.

I have the QVC Cook's essentials - they are wonderful. The clean up easy and they look good. They are definitely the best cookware I have ever had.
Nonstick coating has not scratches they are shiny and pretty and best of all, I bought them on easy pay. So I got to spread the payments out for over 3 or 4 months.
