New job for my police dad

My dads hunting for a new job. Policeman are not being paid well in my country. His job hunting in other country. His a police superintendent, 52, physically fit, a big achiever, and attended seminars in different countries. I appreciate ideas and referral what can be his work in your country maybe. do u know a site or agency. Any possible job for him. Thanks
