Yes say something to him if it is bothering you. Otherwise, it will fester and fester and you will blow up at him, and he will not understand what happened.

I agree with Margieanneart. I would say something too. What exactly is his reason for staying late? Is it work related or something else?

I think he is allowed to depart at whichever time he finds the most appropriate to, as long as he's aware that this constitute any problem with his boss or coleagues around the work place. Plus, who are you to cpmplain as a wife if he can spend some more minutes in your company rather than leaving you early, heh? ;)

My hubby is also the same, but i cant blame him cos thats work, someimes he need to extend a little bit of time to finish doing something in the office and also by the time he go home, he'll caught up with traffic and thats the reason why he'll be late really. As a wife, all i need to do is understand him, as long as you know that he's not doing anything then nothing to worry about but If its going to make you feel good then talk to him and let let him know how you feel just as a usual talk and not making it a big deal cos he might get it wrong or what and would end up having an argument. God bless.

Well sometime he must be having some work there to do, so he can get late in that case. But when is not ahving work to do after his time, then definately you can ask him in gentle way that what he does exactly theer, let him speak and then decide whether its good enough reason there to saty for few more minutes long!!...If you find reasion is not sufficient then you can ask him to get back home on time.
