I have now been working out for 2 weeks and 2 days. I feel great! I'm no expert when it comes to working out and I would love to hear about what your work out is like. Or, any tips that I could use to really get the best work out.

I am jealous of you. I am stuck on my butt for months because of some foot accident. I used to exercise and it felt great. I walked and bike rode. If you feel good, stick to what you are doing. You do not need to have pain for a work out.

My routine is bascially run for about a mile...I do some light weight training alternating days upper and lower body...I normally come home and have a protein shake..I work out about a hour mon-thur and I run only on Saturdays... For me as eating..I eat pretty healthy mon-fri and my weekend mornings..But my weekend evenings I eat what I want to eat... Tips I would suggest, not eating greasy, salty, or sugary foods. Veggies are good and for meat broiled, baked, and grilled will be your best friend...If you have a scale at home, Don't look at it everyday..once a week is enough..When I first started working out, I was on it everyday...It was a habit...Hope this helps...and Good luck to you

Good for you. Glad to hear you are keeping up the good work . I would make sure to include cardio in my work out. It is the best fat burner.

Well on Mon., Wed. & Fri. I lift weights for about 45 minutes and run for 15 minutes, and then on Tue. and Thur. I run for aobut 20 to 25 minutes! I do stomach excercises everyday. Excercising like this gives me more energy throughout the day.
