I have a friend who is suffering from sleeplessness.. He have tried various ways (well, except for those over-the-counter sleep inducers) to fall asleep. Counting sheep, etc. What do you do when you can't sleep? Maybe what you do can help him get some quaity sleep. =)

Sometimes listening to soft music can help or even leaving the TV on sometimes. If I have a really hard time falling asleep, I'll take a night time cold medicine.

That method works for me too. I play some soft or classical music and I'll be dozing of in no time at all. But my friend have tried this nd it didn't work for him.

I put on headphones and listen to music until I fall asleep. Sometimes it takes up to an hour but most of the time it only takes about 10 or 15. Try softer music that won't keep you up and when you feel yourself getting tired and drifting from the music, just turn off the music and put yoru headphones away then I usually roll over and go right to sleep.

Hot chocolate? For some reason, whenever I drink beverages like that, the more I couldn't sleep. Maybe its not the case with Clarence (my friend I was talking about).
