Do you take a shower with cold or hot water?

I usally take a shower with really hot water because i take it really early at the morning, so i don't like it cold. What about you, do you take it with cold or hot water?

I take baths and showers in really hot water...I know it's bad for the skin but I can't help it, It's just so relaxing to sit in a scalding hot bath! I look like a lobster when I get out....lol
