When I frist heard about the Trade Towers going down I was in bed listening to talk radio.......I got up ran out turn television on and yelled at my husband to get up because his sister worked two blocks away from them.......She saw the frist plane fly into the Trade Towers on her way to work...We were really worried about her cause the phone's weren't working very well at that time.......
When I went to work they sent us all home and we had to go back the next day.......It was one of the worse things I think I've ever seen in my life......

I was at home, I got a call from my aunt saying that the US was under attack. I turned on the TV, ran down stair told my landlord and she turned on her her TV and everyone going by was figuring it was a joke but it took a while to sink in.

I will never forget that day.
I was a manager at a communications company near Cleveland Ohio and on that day we were moving equipment out of one building and moving it into another.
I remember going home for lunch and nobody was on the road; I felt scared like the world was coming to an end.
One of the terrorists planes flew over Cleveland and then ended up crashing in PA...what a f*ucked up day.....

When 9/11 happened, i was sick in the bed. And pregnant with my first child. I didn't know anything about it until my hubby got home from working 3rd shift and woke me. By turning the tv on in the bedroom.

I was riding the bus to work that morning. I hadn't heard about it yet (I never listen to any TV or radio news in the morning). A coworker got on the bus and said "they got the Pentagon too." I had no idea what she was talking about, so she told me the whole story.

i live in India. i was watching the news just an hour later when i saw the two towers collapse. well it was so sad to see the people panic and run for their lives. i was shocked to see the two towers collapse. it was unbelievable of how the towers could collapse by just an impact of the planes from a height

I was still in my country. I remember that day like it was yesterday. My life have a problem with her stomach and she went to the hospital. The nurse say that they will make her a operation. The operation was on 10 th september and I sleep that day in to the hospital. The next day when I come back to my house with the kids one of my big son`s friends called he says fast put first national channel to see what is happen when I turn on the T.V I see how the second airplane went to the building. I can't believe that. When I call to my wife she don't believe too. For maybe 10 minutes I see how 2 big buildings go down.
