i can do 15 push-up's run 13 miles in 2 hrs. 100 crunches per day and i've got a knock-out right hook and i am disabled is this a good try at staying healthy & vibrant ?

Yeah pretty good. 15 pushups is pretty bad and 13 miles in 2 hours is good. 100 crunches is good too.
Are you running all 13 miles at once? and all 100 crunches at once? The 13 miles is amazing if its all at once, but if you're just extrapolating your time for 1 mile, thats not too good.

WOW, what are you disabled with? I work out a whole heck of lot too, but because of mine I need to be carefull with the high impact type of exersize. Though the all famous "they" say that it actualy is good for your bones; it triggers a calcium building mech. or something like that.
