Some people are competitive that they forgot to think that not all areas of life is about competition. When they say life is a game, it's because you win or you lose. It won't happen that a winner is always a winner or a loser will always be a loser. Life turns up and down. Who knows? Supposively everyone should play the game happily and don't make it too hard or serious for yourself. What is teambuilding for? Here's my own explanation. Teambuilding is composed of individuals who aimed to achieve a certain objective. What's the difference between a group and a team? A GROUP is a team. But a team cannot be called a team unless they WORK TOGETHER for a common goal.

Different people with different cultural references, different attitudes and behavior interact over a complex organization. Teambuilding is provided to understand it's impact in in the organization. And what should we do? These are the things that a teambuilding will serve. To make us more unite not just a group but a team to be called. How we are able to deal each differences in behavior and in capacity for a better understanding and be a support for it's people. To be more resourceful and motivated.

It all depends on people's attitudes. Sometimes, people tend to over react on things that are supposed to be not taken seriously. Oftentimes, some members forget the purpose of the game. Company Sportsfests are events that are aimed to bring camaraderie and closeness among the employees of that entity. Above all...where one team wins, the other must be professional enough to accept defeat... and that, my friend, is the true essence of sports.

For me theres nothing wrong that your goal is to win as long as your main purpose is to have fun and to relax.

To relax is to enjoy!You dont have to be more serious cause its only a company sportsfest.Theres no high competition.
