And you consider this a good topic for discussion?
Kevin Smith is actually a great talent and I happened to enjoy Mall Rats, though it wasn't my favorite. I would think a little harder about your next topic though. Not a great start.

How can you say that poop covered pretzles is stupid? Come on how, you are being a little harsh.
"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned by Sega"
That's just one of the many awesome lines from the movie.
Did you, perhaps, watch the edited version on television? That could explain a lot of things ...

You're not leaving a lot of room for discussion here are ya?
Well, all right, I think Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back is the dumbest movie made by Kevin Smith.
Mallrats is a profile, so to speak, of Smith's own formative years in New Jersey. If you've never been to Jersey, you won't know how many malls there are there and how that's where all the young people spend much of their time.
Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back is lame. The plot is trite, cliched, it stole from (as opposed to "homaged") Scooby Doo and ET. It was commercialized and a sell-out money making movie in the wake of the popularity of the characters Jay and Silent Bob.
