I have an insomnia so going to sleep is so hard for me. I tried almost every remedy i could think of to make me go to bed and sleep like a baby. I just recently discovered that i could get to sleep faster if i could hear sounds, i mean you can't put me to sleep if there's a deafening silence. So what i did before going to sleep is to turn on the tv and just put it in a sleep mode for 2 hours or turn on my cd player.

i can't sleep without music! music is my sleeping pill! i won't, wouldn't and can't sleep without music because i am used to listening to the music and i know that listening to the music everyday is not good for my health but music is everything. i usually listen to lullabies even though i am old but still, they are so relazing and peaceful, sounds amazing!

As soon as my head is comfortable on my pillow, I am asleep.
I live a full, happy, busy life. I have no problems. I have no worries. I am safe in the keeping of my loving heavenly Father. As soon as I am in bed, I am asleep and sleep soundly. Four to five hours later, I wake feeling bright and refreshed and ready to go another day.

Meditation used to automatically put me to sleep, but now I'm able to stay in a conscious trance until I allow myself to drift off. That and soft music seem to do the trick.
