4 troops abducted, killed in Iraq attack. Should USA withdraw its troops??

Just read the news that 4 troops was abducted and killed in Iraq attack.
In my point of view, The troops are incurring more wraith in the people then aid? Their presence itself is seen as a threat to them..
Should USA really withdraw it's troops from Iraq???
