What are your favourite all time villian(s) and why?

Everyone do read all kinda of literature ranging from novel, to comic, manga, movies, cartoon and anime.
There will be always an antogonist that is cool in someways.
What is your all time favorite villain and why?
Mine is Lex Luthor (from superman/smallville), he is (very) rich, handsome in his own way. He is the villain of all time due to the antagonist role that he had since he was once a best friend of the clark kent.
He is apparently one of the prominent figure in the world, being a heir to the Luthor Corp means he is rich and powerful. Throw in some evilness and following his father footsteps, always conducting some ethical super human research in some secret laboratory.

Mine would be Lionel Luthor, The founder of the luthor corp. Although he slowly becoming a good person but he is used to be a "king" of villian. The reason why I choose him because he is good in business and he once said "supply and demand only bring you so far, you need to think beyond that to be successful" . He has taught his son well and now his son is taking over his empire. Allot of his teaching seem harsh but it does make sense and it good advice . He may seem good at the surface but he also conducting illegal research ... and that is why I like him.

I think.... Dante, from Fullmetal Alchemist. She is the ultimate manipulator and is able to orchestrate the rise and fall of nations at her whim. She controls everything through her web and she's one of the most powerful alchemists to ever live. She's cold, calculating, and has almost no redeeming qualities. She's such a pure *villian*.
