Team Building

Does it really make any different to your life?
I just come back from our office team building session in one of the jungle. So tired and feel dirty because no enough sleep and time to wash ourselves.
Anyway, I do find new thing that I didn't know before and see another side of my staff. I hope my staff enjoy their time there because I do want them to come back to work next Monday.

Team building is very important in a business, especially if you build personal relationships with each of your staff members. If makes work so much funner and all together your life. People love to work with friends, though some people feel making them friends often disrupts from work, but trust me that isn't so. People will do alot more for their friends then a stranger especially if they notice you putting your heart into them not only your work. If you give more then you receive, your staff will want to do the same.
