Why girls are so poor in Mathematics and Science ???

who said????? i'm a girl and i'm very good at maths and science. some like these subjects and some dont. and so they are good or bad respectively. only that matters. not the gender

Because most of them refer on their feeling beside of their logic, and we as guys are most using logic than our feeling. So we are better in Mathematics and Science which use logic, Thats my Opinion

As i think god made girls more emotional than logical.... means they can not digest logic against emotion... means if we search all mathematician are male ....as i heard ...I hvn't heard any girl name for great mathematician... means just i want to say girls are more emotional than logical....that is the reason...only maths ...pls do not say for science.. because for science some girls invented gr8 things like madam Query...

i dont think so.there are girls who are expert in both maths and english.

There is not much difference in gender, but the school. Mix gender schools will have boys stronger in maths and science but poorer in languages. this is because boy compared to girls don't talk that much (no offense really). However, in a single gender school a girl school will have equally good students in maths or science as the boys, if not better. I heard the reason before but i couldn't recall. I think its because the absence of boys that made them excel. Of course in a boys school the boys will be better in languages or better than the girls in mixed schools. just the environment. no problem in the gender.

there is no difference b/w girls and boys in understanding of maths and any other subjects.ok one question ,have u ever seenany scientific research related to this starement? den another thing :the eastern society is male dominated society.so they dominates in very subjects including maths as they have more freedom to cope with those subjects.plz answer me

I dont think girls are poor in maths and science. They perform equally well. And moreover girls are excelling in different fields these days.

Its just depends on the interest man. Not all of the girls are weak in these subjects but I agree that most of them are. Maybe they don't like these kinds of subjects or their mental level can't reach to that peak.
