It depends. Some young people of age are already mature there are also old people of age but still not mature. So having babies depends on the person.
But do you know that there is a young girl who got pregnant at 5 years old and she gave birth to a baby boy?

at 5 years old? How is that even possible? Not that I'm doubting you. That's just so interesting. Who would impregnant a 5 year old child!
