My ISP have starting to block P2P software!HELP?!

My ISP is starting to block P2P software like limrewire, Bittorent. And i am a heavy downloader, starting last month the speed of download have gone down and not like before. Before i use to download a single file with speed of 50-60kbps, but now it is only 3-4kbps, sometime even cannot connecting to peers. I just want download the movie and song that i want, and i will not selling it after i download also, i will use it as self entertainment. But why my ISP block, since in my country we only have one ISP so i have no choice. So i will like to ask for help in here whether someone have this problem and manage to get over this thing. Please help me, thanks~!
