An early riser at 4.00am and firstly after cleaning my teeth I take 2 glasses of warm water. After that gargles followed by morning Yoga, exercises, deep breathing , jogging and meditation. These keep u fit.
Timely and low calorie food is a must . A lot of fruit and salad really keep u wide awake all the time. Stay away from fried, sweets and fat.

What made me fit was changing the way I THINK on a daily basis. I block out thoughts of lack and sickness, all negative thoughts and I picture life as a healthy and strong individual. Focusing on this helps people stay fit and healthy. This frame of thinking eventually moves you to do more healthy things in life that will support the perception you have of yourself. I also take VitaOne and drink Limu Plus...Most of you won't know what those are so you can always call me for the info I don't mind sharing.784-455-1120 ANYTIME.

I do not go to gym for exercise often; I tried to exercise regularly of at least 3 days a week, but was not successful due to my work schedule. Most of the time if I exercise, I play sport like tennis to get fit.
I have another set of exercise by walking 10,000 steps a day as my target. I used a pedometer to keep track of my steps. On an average, I made about 7,000 steps, and I will walk around the house to make the numbers
