help wanted about living and studying in canada

to all you canadians, im going to apply at university of new brunswick or university of albarta and i was wondering which one is best by far. i mean living costs, tuition fees, rankings. which one has the best part time job opportunity? im thinking to earn my living costs my own instead taking it from my dad. i have heard edmonton in albarta is best for everything, weather is moderate, university of albarta is good, life in albarta is enjoyable and enough part time jobs for ends meet and a little experience. what do you have to say as suggestion?
