What do you think that causes Burnout?

Sometimes people say that the immediate cause is a mismatch between efforts and results.Burnout victims start out full of fire and good intentions,but their efforts are not repaid in kind.the reality is that it's difficult to help people.Add to the low pay by mylot,impossible workloads by we the members,inadequate training ,low prestige etc.......what do think of it?

It is only burnout when you mix money and mylot together.
Mylot is place to express oneself.We get money for our expressions.We should put money behind and concentrate on coming up with true expressions and that will connect us to new levels where burnouts will not be a serious issue worth discussion.
