I don't like shopping onlline as we don't get the fun of real shopping. Also without seeing the product I can't consider it worth buying. I have done it just once. That product lasted just 3 days. I wonder whether there is anyone around here who consider online shopping worth doing!

I think it's better to have a research about the product through internet and then go out to purchase it!

I never bought something tangible online, but I buy several digital products and service. E-book, software, domain and hosting. But I never bought something tangible like t-shirt or so. I prefer going to nearest shop for this. However, sometime we can not find our need offline, since it is not available on our local market. This is why Ebay is growing larger and larger.

Yeah, maybe it give some comfort by sitting before your computer and ordering. But I think, only some specific products ae worth shopping online. Also costly accessories are not for online!

I understand what people replied in this discussion that we don't get the fun of real shopping if we do it online. However, I have bought some stuff online, stuff that I cannot buy from where I am and stuff that are cheaper to buy online internationally than buying it from here. If a product is available here and it costs nearly the same as getting it from the US or through online shopping, then that's the time that I'd rather buy it from here. I don't buy big items online either.

I like shopping online but only when things are on sale at Victoria's Secret or Bath and Body Works. We don't have those stores here in the Philippines. I don't like paying so much for shipping though :-)

I'm on the opposite side of your question. I do 99.9% of my shopping online, partly because I don't have to worry about traffic, finding a parking spot, rude fellow shoppers and indifferent sales persons. So I can't browse through books or take it home right away...big deal. I pay less (no sales tax if I buy mostly from Amazon) and get my stuff in great shape with only a few days' worth of waiting time.

it is the same with me, i dont trust the people selling stuff online. because most of them put a condition that the product may vary slightly from what is shown in the picture.. so i feel this gives them complete freedom to send whatever they want to.. so as of now, i just buy my air tickets online.. thats it! thank you

online shopping sounds a bit boring for me because aside from not being able to see the actual product, i don't know about its durability. On the other hand, shopping in malls could be expensive because of the food that I have to eat after every shopping day and the things that I end up shopping on impulse as I pass through stores. I still prefer shopping outdoors, it's fun!
