When you go out on your first date, do you do all the right things, pulling the chair for your date and opening doors for her just to impress her or is that the way you want things done? Further, do you do these things because the situation demands it or because you respect your date?
Comments are welcome! :D

Yup! Most Filipino men still do this. =) It is our nature to be kind to women. =) Well, some may not do it anymore, but most Filipino guys do! =)

It should be more practiced by all men, not only us filipinos. It's a gentlemanly gesture, and this trait shouldn't be taken for granted. It should be done most of the times, and hope that it's significance could be past more to others..

I am american, hope that doesn't offend anyone, I open doors for all women, including my bride, I hold her chair for her at restaurants, and at home, when I am seated with a lady I always leave my fork in place until the lady picks her's up first, and I have numerous other courtesies I use on a very regular basis
