It is said taht there is no substitute for hard work.... But according to me it is not the hard work that pays you, it is the smart work that pays you the most

myself 50% agree with ur view that only smart work pay .
what do u think if (hardwork+ smart work ) both worked together than in my opinion u will get everythings .

I think that you are right eg. a person who wants to has to qualify his exams first and then only he would be eligible for other round of interview, at this point he can succeed only if he has done hard work and after that it is only the smart work that can make him sucessful in terms opf promotion, growth, perks , etc.
