even i couldnt figure out what is the second fastest....but onething i can give another way of asnwer fro ur question which im 100% sure to be right is teh second fastest is speed of light!!! then the fastest is "Human thoughts"...this sounds very confsuin but yes indeed,human thoughts are very very faster than speed of light or any other..what u all say?

I think the second fastest is: light after it is reflected once by a mirror in the vacuum. It seems that I don't answer the question because my answer is still "light"
