I was just a beginner in writing. I've already read so much romance pocketbooks and so I felt then that I was ready to do my own book. Eventually I did finished writing one.And so I submitted it to the publisher for evaluation. I really felt so sad and down that they rejected it. Should I continue writing till I finally got one that will be approved for publishing?

It was so very brave of you to finish your novel and send it to be reviewed for publication. Do not take just one rejection as a sign that you are not meant to write. The majority of popular writers today had many rejections in the beginning of their careers. If you truly believe in your current novel, sit down and go through it again. See what you can change about it to make it even better. Or you could find someone to proofread it for you who could give you some honest suggestions. Whichever way you decide to go, do not just give up.

If you have a passion and a dream, don't stop. Send it to many different publishers, give it to your friends and family and ask if they can help. You can not give up. I am only fifteen and have written 18,000 word novellete. I don't know how to publish it, but I have given up yet. I keep trying. So keep trying. You will learn like I did when I sent it to get edited.

Sis Lily if writing your own book is really what you wanted, you should go and follow your dreams, dont loose hope because sometimes its just a test on how strong you are as a person & how deep is your faith and belief in your self. Go for it sis!!!
