Like my grand mother would say : everything can be frozen! She even freezes orange juice... So I think that there must be no problem to freeze already cooked or precooked patatoes. My mom used to freeze them not cooked, but already cut, they were falling into pieces afterwards... Regarding these experiences, I would answer yes if cooked.

I agree because French fries you buy in the grocery stores are already cooked. and frozen I think that would be the best way cook them first and then freeze them

yes you can freeze french fries, but you need to make sure there is not water or oil on them. And you can only thaw them once.

Yes, um...have you never been to the frozen food section in your local grocery store? If you mean homemade ones you have cut from potatoes, yes, but they may turn color unless you spritz them with lemon first.
