I always make the two separate. I have never heard of anyone making it with the sauce.

I dont like my spaghetti mixed with sauce so I have separete spaghetti and sauce in different plate. I put sauce on top of my spaghetti when Im ready to eat. My hubby love lot of sauce when I dont like much sauce on mine, but he dont like it mixed with his spaghetti either.

I keep them seperate so everyone can measure out their own sauce. Me personally, I prefer butter and parmasean cheese only. Simple but good.

When i make spaghetti i boil water in a pot and throw the noodles in there. In a seperate pan I cook the ground beef until it's brown. I then drain the fat and put the spaghetti sauce in with the beef and let it cook for a while. After that i pour the sauce over the noodles. Yum!

I usually do it separate, particularly now that my son has developed an aversion to foods that are mixed up. We have had some success, though, with cooking the elements separately and then mixing all in one pot or bowl to serve. This is not as often with spaghetti and with pasta noodles, meat, veggies and sauce all together.

I do the sauce in one big pot. First I saute the onions and then add the green pepper, mushrooms and whatever else you like to add. Then the seasonings ....then finally the sauce. Sometimes I add in some diced tomatoes...then I let it simmer...and boil some noodles.

I boil the noodles separate (with a little olive oil to keep it from sticking). I cook hamburger with honey (that's the secret that makes it sweet and yummy), I make my own sauce with pureed tomatoes from a can and add oreganot, basil, parsley, garlic, salt, and brown sugar. I add the sauce with the hamburger and then when I am READY to eat I put it on top. I never mix them even when it's leftover I store them separate.
