I find these practice very honourable. Aside from helping and restoring endangered lives, it also conotes the basic goodness in humans. Being able to reach out and share one's self to others is a divine way to express gratefulness to God, the Almighty creator.

i think giving something is more creditable than taking something
i strongky believe that everyone should donate blood....
