why most people spend their valentines day with their lovers?

why not just spend it with their family, coz love starts from home??i think we should make valentines day a family day like christmas or thanksgiving day...just for a change

see we have a specific day for each of our relationships...we have a mothers day,fathers day,brothers day....and so many..... So this one is dedicated to lovers!!!!!!! as i feel.......
