Does any body have this? and if you do, can you tell me your symptoms and if anything can be done besides surgery? For years ive had aching in my wrists and fingers and also my finger tips go numb alot. I think i might have it, but not sure. im probably going to see the doctor about it, but i dont want surgery.

you can often cure it with actions to fix the problem at the source like pads and seats to improve position

Amber, Have you seen the special "gloves" they have for carpel tunnel patients? My mom and sister have both had it, and also have had the surgery. Mindy's scar is still pretty obvious, but my mom's scar is not noticeable at all. The "gloves" are something you put your hands in and then you adjust them by tightening the "laces" so they fit how you want them to. Your fingers are free to type, and the gloves make them stay in a much better position than they normally would be. The "gloves" are usually no more than 15 dollars and a good investment if you can't have the surgery.

I am so sorry to hear that you have had carpel tunnel syndrome symptoms I know from personal experience that it is NOT fun! I had it while I was pregnant with my daughter. It lasted through my pregnancy, but left about 2 weeks or so after having her thank goodness. I remember waking up in the middle of the night about 3 or 4 times a week in pain. It felt like my wrists were on fire and I would get numbness in my hands.
