how honest are payed to click/read programs?

some ptr/ptc sites make promises that are somewhat tempting to the average individual,but negate in their payment or payout promise. aer some just out to waste peoplss time, with deceptive promises? has anyone beem a victim of a ptr/prc scam site?what are the simple technics to know non paying sites?

i joined a lot of paying sites but ihave never been paid. they are just too complicated and promise big profits. mylot is the best so far. check this out (/w/discussions/673649.aspx)
