Since getting Sky, I've been hooked on watching every single Malcolm in the Middle episode, I can record from Sky too when I am out. It's fantastic, great storylines, great acting. Which is your favourite episode? Mine is the one where poor Reese is humiliated by girls by sending him a pig as his date, then his Mum Lois gets her revenge on the girls and it just had me crying with laughter. It's hard to pick my favourite character of them all. I think Reese is the best and the funniest.

I love the episode where Malcom starts working where his mother works and he catches her smoking on her break. The extortion that ensues is side-splitting. I love Malcom in the Middle. It's one of my favorite family sitcoms. Lois is the only mother I know more ruthless than Roseanne--God Bless them both!

I remember that episode too! Classic. The only character I can't stand on Malcolm is Francis, so I'm glad he's not in many episodes, I find him really really irritating and annoying. I love the repartee between Lois and Malcolm, trying to outwit each other! Saw the episode where they were both in bed suffering from glandular fever and they were watching the shopping channel, excellent!

Are you kidding Francis is the best character, he's rebellious, funny and his stub-urn stupidity is hilarious! However i do agree about the episode 'Mono' i love when they start speaking in there 'bedazzle' language and then Hal speaks in gibberish and they think he's weird

I think my favorite has got to be the one where the kids grandparents came over and the grandfather gave Reese a live grenade. After Reese pulled the pin Malcolm threw it in their parents brand new refrigerator. Poor fridge didn't even see it coming! LOL My favorite part of that episode though was when Hal blackmailed Lois' parents. I never knew he had it in him! Cloris Leachman was one of my favorite characters on there, even though she wasn't a regular cast member. She was a hoot!

I must start watching them again, I haven't seen an episode for ages! Is Cloris Leachman the mother in law from hell? The one character I could NOT stand was Francis, he irritated the life out of me, fortunately he didn't appear often. Dewey was wonderful and I think the star of the show more than Malcolm was.

Yep, she's the one! It's funny, when I first started watching the show a few years ago Malcolm bugged me the most. But the show was so darn funny that after a while it didn't matter!

I don't know what it's called - but Malcolm and his friend are working on their science project and it's not working. Then Reese does something and it suddenly works. So they are making him walk through everything he did that day to try to discover what made it works. So he is going step by step through his day - and he goes into malcoms closet, takes one of his shirts, wipes his bum with it and hangs it back up. I just thought it was hilarious.

That was an excellent episode too, turns out the house was made of asbestos, bits of asbestos dropped down into the liquid they were experimenting on to get the required results. Thanks

Okay, I have a lot of favorite episodes of Malcolm In The Middle. I think it is absolutely hilarious. There are moments in each one I can pick out that are so funny. I've even been able to get my other half to really like the show. I've found him laughing more and more because of the weird stuff that goes on in that show. Literally as we speak there's one on television and both me and him have been laughing. Okay, the first one has to be the episode where Hal first shows Malcolm his rollerblade dancing to "Funky Town". I actually just found a copy of it on the internet and showed it to my other half. He thought it was awesome. We watched it about three times and couldn't get enough of it. I love the moves that Hal does during the dance. The whole "lean back and pump your groin" move that he does and the beginning where he starts out just doing a little thrusting of the pelvis....not to mention the rest of the dance, it had me laughing my butt off. I can still watch it now over and over and laugh again and again. He also did another dance where it was in the schoolyard and he was dressed in the blue glittery outfit. He danced to Queen's "We Are The Champions" and it was just freakin' hilarious. It wasn't as good as when Hal showed Malcolm the whole dance to "Funky Town" but it was still pretty good. There was one where Lois fell asleep while the rest of the boys were awake in the house. She somehow ends up falling down on the floor but remains asleep. For some reason there's a huge lint ball and as she's sleeping and breathing...the lint ball gets closer and closer to her wide open mouth. As she keeps inhaling it inches closer and closer and eventually makes it's way into her mouth. She begins to choke on it and then wakes up stunned and unaware as to what the heck just happened. Another one of my favorite episodes was when.. Dewey was doing all kinds of crazy stuff like going to the beach in the middle of the night and getting a pail of sand because the baby Lois has told him to do it. The only reason he phoned was because all the buses had stopped and he needed a way home. Other things he did was he painted part of the kitchen wall green and then placed all the expensive crystal in a tower formation on the kitchen table. He then called Lois and Hal in and yanked the tablecloth out from underneath it. It stayed completely together until he tipped it over. Lois freaked out and told him to stop listening to the baby. Hal was putting sugar in Lois's orange juice and lacing other things that Lois was eating or drinking with syrup or sugar to make her gain weight. Lois eventually caught Hal pouring maple syrup into her tea. Needless to say, Hal got into a lot of hot water with Lois because of what he did. Finally, Malcolm was playing chess in a park with a character played by Jason Alexander (George from Seinfeld) and it seemed like Jason's grumpy behavior was wearing off on Malcolm. They kept lashing out at each other. It was funny but to describe this one part is kind of hard....You'd just have to see it I guess to get the full comedic effect. I find that the parents tend to be the funniest part of the show. Don't get me wrong, the kids are funny too, but I just think the parents are much funnier. The way Lois is always freaking out and Hal is acting weird all the time...it makes for a good show to watch. So, in conclusion, those are just a few of my favorite scenes in Malcolm In The Middle. I hope I've been able to show you why I think the show is one of the funniest ones on television. I was sad to find out they cancelled it, but there's always repeats on so it doesn't matter. Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

Malcolm in the Middle is definitely one of the best family shows on television, in my opinion. I have seen every episode - some of them many times over. It's hard to pick a favorite, but I really liked the one where it is Lois's birthday and she takes the boys to buy her a present and they spend most of it on candy and buy her a cheap gift. Even Hal forgets about her birthday, but Francis remembers, and makes the trip home from military school, but gets sidetracked by a beautiful girl. Lois feels extremely unappreciated and is so upset, she leaves home. Later they find her at the batting cage and end up getting into a fight with a bunch of clowns to defend Lois's honor. It's just so sweet and touching to see her face as they get their butts kicked. She finally realizes how much they really do love her. That one almost brings tears to my eyes!

I have only watched the first 10 episodes of the show, and I'm loving it so far. My favourite out of the first 10 was titled 'Home Alone 4' and it was a very funny episode!

Wolfie, I have to admit that I've only ever watched Malcolm in the Middle intermittently, at best. I do remember one episode that I love though. Malcolm was sick, as was his mother. They were sort of quarantined in his parents room and some how or another got their hands on a bedazzler.... and put sparkly rhinestones all over EVERYTHING. I thought that was great. Unfortunately, that's the only one that comes to my mind when I think of that show.

I Loved the one with Dewey and his new found companion, Marshmello. the episode's clalled 'Dewey's Dog.' i like it because I'm the youngest of four to and though my sibs arent that bad i love how Dewey holds his brothers hostage and makes them do what he wants because of this huge dog. I dont have a favorite episode though. My favorite character is Dewey because he's so random! in one episode when Malcolm was telling his family how messed up they were he said "blah blah blah. There's cake in the shower-" and Dewey says in the background "thats mine." I love it! my favorite scene is in the episode when the boys and Hal go to a Bridal shower because Lois is so streesed with Jamie. they plan to induce labor on thursday! and Dewey makes this huge speech about his life and it ends up that his birthday i on thursday and no one remembered. i love that part.
