can anyone tell me the heat conversion table between gas and the two types of electric?
I tend to cook most things as 200 and my cooker goes up to 250 and then the grill. A lot of recipes on mylot say 315 etc, any one tell me how to convert the numbers please?

im not sure exactly what the conversions are, but if your talking about typical household ovens electric vs. gas... i know that electric ovens typically are hotter than gas.. i had a gas stove for years and when i got my electric a few years back, i quickly learned that i have to adjust the temps slightly lower for almost every recipe.. usually about 50 degrees, and sometimes cook them 5-10 minutes less.
