Which cheese do you like?

there is nothing better than cheese curds directly out of a warm vat, scooped into a bag and handed to you for you eating pleasure. Anyone that has never experienced fresh curds doesn't know what they are missing

i think i like all the cheeses. i dont know the names of all of the cheeses types. i like the one that you put in sandwich, subs, etc. i like the one where you put in enchiladas, tacos, etc.

I like fresh white cheese with out salt.

I don't really like sharp cheeses or the low moisture cheeses. I like mainly the mozzarella, muenster, Colby, and jack. Hey wait...do you could cottage cheese and cream cheese too? :) And if that it okay, then cheese cake is an awesome addition. :) And I like the cheese fondue where you dip your toasted bread in it that has seafood in the cheese sauce. Or the cheese con queso in Mexican restaurants! That stuff is awesome! :)

Glad that you are a cheese gourmet. I prefer American, Colby, Cheddar, and Mozarella. Don't have alot of cheese in this house, however I hope to make cheeses from my goats one day!! How many cheeses do you keep in your home?
